Frequently Asked Questions

General

Ride for Rainbows is an annual fundraising cycling event organised by Club Rainbow (Singapore) since 2012. This event aims to raise public awareness as well as funds to support the families of children who suffer from a range of major chronic and potentially life-threatening illnesses. In 2023, we introduced a new element, Ralk - ie. the combination of Running & Walking. With the addition of the new category, our event was officially renamed to Ride & Ralk for Rainbows (R2FR).

In 2024, Ride & Ralk for Rainbows moved to a fully virtual format to target more families, in line with Club Rainbow (Singapore)'s vision of supporting families.
All donations received will go towards sustaining the work which Club Rainbow (Singapore) undertakes. Club Rainbow adopts a holistic approach to help our beneficiaries in 5 core aspects:
  • Social Work Intervention
  • Therapy Intervention
  • Educational Support
  • Arts Development
  • Vocational Development
We offer an array of free support services to our beneficiaries in each core aspect, some of which include home and hospital counselling, tuition services, social integration programmes, bursary awards and educational seminars.
This year, the event is targeting to raise $500,000 to support our beneficiaries. You can choose to help in one or more of the following ways:
  • Participate in Ride & Ralk for Rainbows as a rider or a ralker to raise funds
  • Make a donation to show your support for the riders & ralkers of this event
  • Join us as an event sponsor
